The Volt Error Protection occurs when the output voltage exceeds the specified range (±350 V).
The main causes could be:
- TOS5300 series malfunction:
If the same error persists even after pressing the STOP switch to clear the error and retesting without the DUT, there may be a malfunction in TOS5300 series. - DUT influence:
If the error only occurs only when the DUT is connected, its capacitive component may distort the output waveform. This may cause the voltage to deviate from a sine wave and may exceed the specified range.
If an error occurs, it is recommended that you first try to clear the error with the STOP switch and then check the operation with and without the DUT.
