TOS5300 series has a Pass Hold setting that holds the PASS result on the display.
It’s set to 200 ms by default. To check the current measurement in the PASS state, you can:
1. Increase the Pass Hold time.
2. Set it to HOLD.

By adjusting these settings, you can reliably confirm the current value at the time of the PASS judgment.
